First critique c:

The anatomy is really good. The redhead's right (our right) hand looks worst, and the girl to the left's (our left) hand look weird too. (But hands are really hard to draw, and you did a good job!
But again, I admire the anatomy overall. Their feet positions are realistic.

To the coloring -- as mentioned before, it's not that good. The shadow of the skirts on their legs is too marked out, and you could have used more airbrush than just on the back of their legs. Neither the hair or skin is properly shaded.

I know you didn't pay much attention to the BG, but it's very annoying. Just a calmer color would do it, m'kay?

Just check some tutorials and practice more, because I really like your lineart!!
