This is 's OC Opa from his zelda fanfiction comics: Adventures of the Peddler (which I assumed he canceled due to the hiatus and stuff)
in a form I made up known as the "Hell king" where he wears "Coat of Dark Souls" and gains the power of hell....and making the wearer crazier more than normal.

The oc's his but the Coat of Dark Souls is my idea, and thus mine.
